A recent Harvard study demonstrates that enterprises with superior IT capabilities have superior revenue growth.
The bottom line, both Iansiti and Gomez said, is that the study showed,
based on surveys of IT executives, that there is a clear correlation
between effective IT operations and growth for an enterprise.
Do you think this isn’t true for small businesses? That IT is simply a necessary evil? I don’t. Companies have 2 choices:
1. Invest in IT as a strategic imperative and watch your business grow.
2. Treat IT as a wasted expense and pay someone to fix stuff when it breaks – and languish.
We work with people who know that #1 is true.
